General Questions

ONEderful Travel is a full-service on-line travel company that makes travel arrangements for individuals and groups. ONEderful travel was started by two friends Clarissa and Pamela two independent travel agents who are affiliated with Inteletravel.  

Yes, we are certified with IATAN and CLIA. We also hold a $2M general liability insurance policy and E&R insurance.

We are available via email with response time averaging within 2 hours. We are available by phone Monday – Friday, 12 pm to 6 pm PST. We respond very quickly via text message to 1 855 845 8747 and  email at [email protected].

Yes, we can provide a travel quote for private trips. Please fill out the form so that we may collect information about your preferences and dates of travel. Please see link below. The turn around time after the form is submitted is 48 hours. 

We cater to everyone. We encourage everyone to attend a trip. We do not discriminate against any race, gender, sexual orientation, religion.

ONEderful Travel is a NOT membership-based service. We are a company that provides travel services. Anyone who loves to travel and looking for a ONEderful adventurers in different countries with a group of like minded travelers. 

Payment Questions

For group events, we accept online payments or eletronic payments.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

For eletronic payments we accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App.

Sorry personal checks are not accepted.

For individual reservations (private reservations), we accept credit card authorization forms and credit card over the phone with a 3.5% fee.

Refunds are contingent upon the terms and conditions provided by each entity of your trip (i.e. airfare, hotel, excursions) once deposit is paid.  To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. .

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Reservation Questions

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.

You can make monthly payments several ways. Once booked you will receive your option for payment. 

While we encourage you to find a suitable roommate, Yes we can find a roommate on select travel packages.

If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.
